Spoke with the Celebrate Freedom Foundation folks who are hosting the 67th Reunion in Columbia, South Carolina, and they say that as of today (March 24, 09) they have received RSVP's from and are expecting these six Raiders to attend next month's reunion: Dick Cole (co-pilot plane 1), David Thatcher (Engineer/Gunner plane 7), William Bower (Pilot plane 12), Thomas Griffin (Navigator plane 9), Robert HIte (Co-pilot plane 16), and Ed Saylor (Engineer plane 15). Apparently not up to the trip and not expected to attend are: Frank Kappeler (Navigator Plane 11), James Macia (Navigator plane 14) and Charles Ozuk (Navigator plate 3). God Bless all our heroes !

I suppose I'll be in Texas. For those interested in going, I went to the last reunion in Columbia and it was the best of the one's I've been to. Highly recommended if it's anything like last time.
