Fred Anthony Braemer, 6875923, Captain Graduated Ballard High School, Seattle in 1935. Enlisted at Fort jay, New York on September 16, 1935. Attended Military Intelligence, Bombardier and Navigator Schools before Tokyo Raid. Remained in China-Burma-India Theater after raid until July 15, 1943. Commissioned as Second Lieutenant and attended Bombardier, Radar, and Observer Training Schools and became "triple rated". Released from active duty as an officer on November 1, 1945. Re-entered service in enlisted status during Korean War. Retired 1968. Decorations include Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, and Chinese Army, Navy, and Air Corps Medal, Class A, 1st Grade.
